Phoenix Beauty Salon

COVID-19

COVID-19 and vaccinations

If you have had COVID-19 or your COVID-19 vaccination then we will not be able to do any tinting treatments, lash extensions or semi-permanent make up for at least 2 weeks after, this is due to heightened sensitivity levels.

Patch tests

If you are wanting lash or brow tinting, brow lamination, or lash lifting treatments then you will be required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before an appointment. If you haven’t had these treatments in the last 6 months or have had covid, or a covid vaccination since your last treatment, then you will be required to have another patch test. This is because covid and the vaccinations can cause heightened sensitivity to products.
If you book online and don't book in for your patch test, your appointment may be cancelled.

Treatment info

If you wish to wear a face mask during your treatment, please feel free. If you would prefer your therapist to wear a mask, just ask us when entering the salon, we really don't mind at all.

There is hand sanitiser available in every room for your convenience. If you prefer to wash your hands you can do so in the bathroom using our hand soap and disposable paper towels.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are late, then we may have to rearrange your appointment or cut your treatment short and extra charges may occur. Don’t arrive more that 5-10 minutes early as you may be cutting into someone else’s treatment time.

On arrival the door will be locked. Please knock the door for your appointment and we will let you in. No walk-ins will be available at this time, so please book in advance.

To book an appointment please call the salon or use our online booking system, links to this can be found on our homepage, Facebook, Instagram or google page.

Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to make the salon as safe and hygienic as possible. If you have any questions or want to know more about our protocols, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support and for your patience.

We will see you soon!
